Registration Form

Incomplete registration forms will not be processed. All registrations should be submitted at least 2 weeks before course commencement.

Upon successful registration, a seat will be reserved for you. We will advise on the confirmation and administrative details approximately 7 working days before commencement.

Please email us at immediately should that be any changes after you have submitted your registration.

Late withdrawal or cancellation charges apply.

1. All notice of withdrawal / deferment must be given in writing.

  • No show
  • No notification of withdrawal / deferment is received by commencement date for cancellation/withdrawal after our confirmation


  • Notice of withdrawal/deferment is given less than 7 days before commencement date


  • Notice of withdrawal/deferment is given 7 days or more before commencement date


  • Notice of withdrawal/deferment is given 14 days or more before commencement of the programme


2. Certificates or Statement of Attainment will only be issued to participants who have achieved 75% attendance and undergo assessment (if applicable)

3. In the event either criteria are not met, they will be liable to pay the full fee and no certificate and/or no Statement of Attainment will be issued.

4. Participant will need to fulfil at least 75% of attendance and competent in assessment to enjoy the subsidized rates (if any).

5. FirstCom Academy reserves the right to change the venue, cancel or postpone the event without prior notice and full refund will be given under such circumstances.

6. A re-assessment fee of 15% of course fee before subsidy will be chargeable for participants who require a retake for the assessment.



Payment can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfers/PayNow or GIRO. Please select your preferred mode of payment during registration.

For companies who are applying SDF Funding, only company-issued cheques or GIRO is applicable.

Payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and subjected to prevailing GST. All cheques should be crossed and made payable to “FirstCom Academy Pte Ltd” with the invoice no. indicated on back of the cheque. Any bank charges incurred as a result of bank/telegraphic transfers will have to be borne by your company. Fees are inclusive of course materials, Certificate of Attendance.

I hereby consent that FirstCom Academy Pte Ltd has the right to use the data provided for the purpose of processing my course registration, subject to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). I am aware that photographs / video may be taken at the course for marketing purposes.
